Extending the principle of cross numbers, these puzzles aim at those of above average mathematical ability, particularly those who enjoy games of strategy. Written for use in a classroom or at home, the puzzles focus on key aspects of the high school curriculum and are graded according to difficulty. Solved deductively, the puzzles difficulty can be moderated by using hints provided. Great for the recreational mathematician too! Answers are also provided.
