The locals call it 'Cornish time' - the sense of not knowing what day of the week it is, or even what time of day. It's easy to lose all sense of time in such beautiful surroundings, as poet and nature-lover Marc Harris found during a cycling and walking odyssey across southern Cornwall in the summer of 2012.

In Cornish Time, Marc relates his often gruelling but always spectacular journey across Cornwall, from the rugged cliffs of the Lizard Peninsula, to the incredible Lost Gardens of Heligan, to the lovely town of Fowey.
