I have spent several hours, thousands of dollars, and a large portion of my energy in learning new ways to make it to the top of my mountain. It has been a tough climb, but the view is more than worth it! Through sharing experiences, thought provoking questions, and the steps I have learned to do consistently, I hope to help you learn to conquer your mountain of negativity too.
