But remember this: the cracks that remain are where the light can shine through!I've always tried to catch my readers with a good hook, develop a simple concept, proffer a kernel of wisdom to munch, then wrap it all up with a droll twist that can leave folks with a smile-if not an outright chuckle-while addressing all manner of subjects that expose the foibles of humanity. Heaven forbid the use of moralistic schmaltz! But a slightly "cracked" approach I have done my best to employ without fail. Only when we learn to laugh at ourselves and not take things so seriously can we finally appreciate this roller-coaster ride called life and begin to digest its truths.
