Many managers understand that there is value in coaching. They understand that it is something that needs to be done. The challenge is that many of those managers simply have not been taught how to coach effectively in order to attain performance.Coaching enables a manager/leader to propel their employees in the right direction, reinforce good behaviors, and pro-actively eliminate bad behaviors. This course teaches anyone in charge how to coach their employees to greater performance.
