I personally hate cooking, and never imaged I would spend so much time doing it. But, when it came down to literally choosing life or death, "cooking or dying", the sacrifice and dedication became 100% worth it! In 2016 I was diagnosed with Spirochetosis- a life threatening illness from the same strain of autoimmune disease as Lymes Disease. Within my blood there was also fungus, parasites and plaque. My liver, kidneys, adrenals, and my heart were all being hugely impacted. At the age of 29, the inside of my body looked and acted more like that of a 70+ year old. I felt it. My body was giving up. I was very sick... I have now been coffee free, alcohol free, soda free, sugar free, dairy free, processed flour free, fruit free, canned, boxed and processed food free, and fast food free for 90+ days! CLEAN EATING TO THE EXTREME! It isn't easy, but my body is loving it! My body is already feeling and showing so much improvement! As a busy Mom and Wife, I understand how frustrating it is to have the desire to eat clean, but not the time. This cookbook is filled with recipes that are simple, quick, and healthy!! The perfect solution for everyone's clean eating dilemmas!
