Aprašymas
Interreligious dialogue is an integral part of the evangelizing mission of the Church. To engage in dialogue and to proclaim Christ are complementary to each other. The concern is to present that the two activities of the Church are mutually connected; at the same time, they are distinct, unidentical, and non-interchangeable. Interreligious dialogue cannot replace the mission of proclaiming Christ. This dichotomy calls for an in-depth study of the theological foundation, scope, methods, ways, objectives, and challenges of interreligious dialogue. To solve these problems, we have to explore how the uniqueness of Jesus Christ forms our identity and His universality compels us to relate to the other.
