And what is it really going to take to become Agile?

It's not that hard, is it?

One of the greatest misconceptions for an organisation going through an Agile transformation is that it is simple because it's just changing how we work. However, it is far more complex than perhaps changing a process. It requires a complete shift in mindset and behaviour and it is going to take a considerable amount of leadership effort and support.

This is why we say - change starts at the very top.
