Ever the diplomat Alice Heart, a solider from the last war has to do all she can to keep the peace but with her leaders growing paranoid Alice's effort may be in vain. The Vampires want their city back, The Witches want to return to their throne, and every gang wants to reign supreme. There is only one winner in 9 Gang City and that is hatred.
