Candy Cane Cold Case (el. knyga) (skaityta knyga) | Brewer | knygos.lt

Aprašymas

When the most wonderful time of the year turns into a hunt for a killer...

CODY: After leaving the CIA and getting hired as Chief of Police at the Christmas Capital of Arkansas, I hoped to find peace. And I did. Until I met Leo Eubanks, our new crime scene tech, who's got a vibe colder than the first ice storm of the season.

My plan is to keep our interactions brief and professional. Then things take a dark turn when a simple missing dog case leads us into the depths of a decades-old murder mystery.

LEO: When I flipped out on my murderous ex-boyfriend in court, my boss asked me to resign as lead crime scene investigator. Not my proudest moment, but I'm not sorry.

Now I'm in a new town and a new job. All I want to do is solve crimes and stay in my lane. Trusting another guy? Not happening. But Chief Cody Davenport is kind of hard to ignore.
