The theme of this year's Truth Magazine Lectures is "Can Christianity Survive in America?" The subjects being addressed in these lectures discuss areas of concern regarding the survival of Christianity in America. Christianity is not an American product, nor did it originate in America. Christianity is not dependent on it for survival. However, as Christians living in America, we are influenced by the events and circumstances of our time that challenge our stand. In this series of lectures, some topics regard outside or external influences on Christians living in America, such as the Threat of Islam, the Threat of Hollywood, the Threat of a Diluted Message, the Threat of Political Correctness, the Threat of Secular Education, and the Threat of an Anti-Christian Government. Other lectures address topics regarding internal influences on Christians living in America such as the Threat of the Breakdown of the Home, the Threat of Materialism, and the Threat of Apathy.
