"I am in love with Abby and she has agreed to marry me as soon as your divorce is final..." Hearing the words coming from a stranger is a shock to Rob. Why would this stranger, Jason, talk to him about divorce when he and his wife, Abby, have been in love for 11 years and are not divorcing? Curiosity gets the better of Rob. He hires an investigator to follow Abby to her whereabouts when not working. He even has his house and Abby bugged. The report that the investigator gives Rob shutters his world. Abby is indeed cheating on him. For six months! What Rob can't understand is why she would do it when she seems so in love with him. There are no indications that she is unhappy with him, and certainly no indications that she has just come from another guy. He loves Abby, no doubt about that, but can he really live with a cheating wife?
