This is book three of the "Brooklyn Stories Trilogy" which includes: "Brooklyn Stories", "Sea Duty". This end piece of the Trilogy tells the stories of Donald and Patsy's years in Brooklyn, a very different Brooklyn than the one of Donald's childhood days. From their Wedding Day on January 7, 1956, through the births of their three children until the summer day in 1961 when they left Brooklyn behind forever and moved to their adopted New Home of Texas this book reveals the happy, sad and some tragic stories that shaped their early married life . . . a life together that continues to this day more than fifty-eight years later. In the five years and eight months of life in Brooklyn, they discovered more and more with the passage of time that the Brooklyn of Donald's youthful days and the Brooklyn of their pre-wedding days imaginings were not to be.
