Bailey Barnum Johnson just graduated from criminology school. Her pops, the owner of the circus, dies suddenly. The circus people are all going to be out of work. So, to keep at least some of the "family" together, what does Bailey do? She opens a detective agency, using the loyal strongman, a surly dwarf, and a dangerously daring lady daredevil as assistants. They name the agency Big Top Private Investigators and use their circus skills episode after episode to solve crimes.
