The pandemic knocked the world off its feet, completely changing the way we go to work. With nobody in the office, there were no more in-person meetings and for a while, nearly everybody was working from home.

The whole world had to find and embrace other methods of communicating and even though the pandemic is over, the new means of communicating have become the new norm, . Some people say these five methods of communicating have made worker collaboration more efficient. On the other hand, the personal touch of actually sitting next to someone in a meeting is long gone. So we have come to rely a great deal on:

• Email
• Telephone
• Video Conferencing
• Document Collaboration

However, we were all pretty much on our own to learn how to best use these new methods and there is still very little training on their best practices.
