For experiencing peace in life, we need to become more spiritual than religious. Peace has to emanate from within us, not from without. It first needs to find place in the mind --- in the form of serene thoughts and in our heart --- in the form of love for all living creatures. Peace can flower in a space filled with love, happiness, appreciation, creativity, kindness, compassion, gratitude and generosity. It flows inside out and is crucial for nourishing life on Earth and sustaining it too. Every peaceful person is a harbinger of happiness for individuals around him.
