The concept of being a leader of leaders came from my desire to be one who duplicates leadership. As a coach, mentor, and educator for over 20 years I have always purposed in my heart to be one who leads by example. In this book I examine what it looks like to be that type of leader, I take a close look at the coach and athlete relationship, and describe what this looks like. I challenge the reader to understand the difference between bad coaching vs good coaching. This book addresses the standard that should be set by coaches for their athletes, and how high the coaching bar should be set. This book likewise examines the physical, Psychological, and emotional aspects of athletics, while accentuating how pivotal it is for a coach to be well informed about all aspects of coaching sports. This book similarly, takes a very close look at the affect one can leave both positive or negative on an athlete, and how vital the role of a coach is in leaving one's legacy. Finally, this book encourages mastering the art of knowing people beyond their athleticism as they are more than just an athlete.
