This journal is designed to walk parents to be through the mindset and physical shift that naturally occurs in pregnancy! Although we have a mommy journal, this journal can be utilized on its on too. It features various topics, educational material, and affirmations that will move each mom + partner to a deeper experience when used together and separately. Mom's will establish an intimate bond with not only their baby, but their body and partner too. This journal is sure to help each other understand the joy and challenges associated with pregnancy and how to birth an organic experience with memories for a lifetime.
