Topics and main language include introductions, job roles, work experience, responsibilities, empathy, interest in others, intercultural situations and indirect communication, with present perfect forms, introduction language, work-activity verbs, empathy language and paraphrasing no.
Module B focuses on day-to-day business and will help you master the scheduling and management of meetings.
Topics and main language include changing plans, scheduling issues, meetings, ideas, polite interruptions, tact, criticism and common mistakes, with formal/informal style, phrasal verbs, meeting control language, suggestions, interruptions, diplomatic language and error-related expressions.
Module C focuses on business results and will help you become proficient in making forecasts & predictions.
Topics and main language include comparing products, services and criteria, forecasts, predictions, results, strengths, weaknesses, decision-making, acronyms and terminology, with comparative structures, less/more/fewer, complex comparisons, forecasting/reporting language, acronym use and jargon awareness.
