This volume addresses a highly relevant key future-oriented topic with enormous economic impact power; however, the scope of application possibilities must first be developed in organisations with regard to processes, value chain, infrastructure, data management, talents and corresponding management perspectives. Artificial intelligence applications are therefore not explored in an abstract-theoretical manner, but rather in an interdisciplinary and application-oriented way. The volume combines economic, organisational, work force, technical, legal and medical perspectives, clearly distinguishing it from the many purely management-focused AI titles offered by competing works.
