This book is dedicated to anyone who ever served in the military, and especially military combat, regardless of the conflict; and to those who returned disabled, and especially those who did not return. And, let us never forget the American tax payer, who continually and unknowingly, contributed trillions upon trillions of dollars to Uncle Sam's bank account; a bank account that no longer exists. Well, if you had a bank account and the bank kept requesting that you stop writing checks because you are broke, would you have a bank account? We'll get back in the black; I have full confidence in America, but perhaps not until 2026. At the writing of this book, the year is 2020, with continued on writing on 4/24/2021. Maybe I'll finish this someday.
