A chaotic comedy of high school courtship between an awkward girl and a dorky boy too dense to realize they are already in love with each other.

Akira returns to the countryside for high school with a foolproof plan to win the heart of her childhood crush, Hajime. Too bad they’re both fools in love… It’s an epic match made in awkwardness!

It’s time for summer fun with the gang! But first, Hajime discovers Akira’s scripts and has her dead to rights! How will she wiggle out of this? Then, friendly police officer Mamoru tries to save the star-uncrossed lovers from bears. Next, Hajime gets a part-time job at Momose Ryokan, the traditional inn and hot springs owned by Akira’s parents, and a day at the beach leads to bikinis, opportunities to ask each other out, and…drowning?!
