Your pastor may be heading for a mental crisis.

The mental health of pastors can be fragile, at best. Many pastors suffer from emotional exhaustion leading to depersonalization, resulting in the lack of personal accomplishment. Subjective and ambiguous job expectations cause many to fail and leave the ministry. What if that could be changed?
