And, rock your core with kettlebell swings and cleans until you can't stand anymore. But know when you feel your blood rush, and your heart pumped, the blood-sucking Crossfit Vampires will prime you for one last dump. But, if you fail and wither away in defeat, you'll be in for a salty treat as the blood-sucking fangs will puncture your veins for their nightly Death Box feast.
