Access to education and training for women has gotten a lot better over the years, giving them the skills they need to work at the highest levels of management. Governments, businesses, and organizations have put a lot of thought and work into creating policies and programs to help women advance in their careers and get rid of the discrimination that comes from attitudes and institutions.
