At a young age, Sesley was introduced to creative expression by her grampa, Arthur, who used story telling and song to fuel her passion to push beyond the ordinary. Throughout her adult life, Sesley explores many methods of creative engagement while overcoming pain and engaging in self- discovery. Now living life on the Manitoba CA prairies, along with her husband and two children, Sesley continues to use creative expression both personally and professionally, while specializing in the use of expressive arts therapy within her professional role in the addictions recovery field. Passionate about the healing power of poetry and prose, Sesley aspires to inspire others on their path to healing, together working to one day be healing, soothing, whole.
