Thanks to the malfunctioning time door, they must stay within a few feet of each other at all times or risk being ripped apart, molecule by molecule, and returned to their respective centuries. Luckily, their growing attraction makes staying close less of a hardship than expected. They must learn to rely on each other as they search for Darys's missing father and deal with a world that is foreign to both of them. The only problem is, if they don't find her father soon, they'll cease to exist altogether.
