A Letter Home is a beautiful, illustrated book featuring over sixty letters short and long written by Irish emigrants to North America from the early 1800s to the mid-1900s.

Drawn from the Imirce collection at the University of Galway, these carefully selected letters give heartrending insight into both the experience of Irish emigrants and their understanding of emigration.
