My name is Walt F.J. Goodridge, author of the Ageless Adept(TM) series of books and videos, and I'm here to prove a point!Years ago, before I became vegan, a friend asked a question over lunch I couldn't answer: "Do you know what's in the food you're eating?" As a trained engineer, it bothered me to no end that I had failed such a simple test, and so--with health, longevity and vitality as my goals--I dedicated my life to the search for answers and ultimately to "share what I know, so that others may grow."

My childhood in the Caribbean steeped within me a reverence for the natural world of sunshine, water, earth, air and time. As an adult, I learned what passes as health and healing in the western paradigm, and it simply never made sense that natural beings should need to turn to men in lab coats with little blue pills in search of wellness. It made more sense that Nature would have the answers built in; that our bodies would have an innate healing code; that our "operations manual" should be simple and foolproof.

Through my own self-health experiments, the testimonials of others of like mind, and the corroboration of researchers from this and previous eras, I've realized that the symptoms we as a society accept as a "normal part of aging" are simply the body's reactions to habits of ingesting pharmaceuticals, fake food with artificial ingredients, pesticides, hormones, steroids and antibiotics, plus other environmental factors. Some of these habits may be hard to break, but are ultimately under our control. If the causes are controllable, that means the effects are not inevitable and may even be reversible! That's what I'm here to prove!
