Five Stars can essentially be summarized into three main points of building and recognizing trust as a culture of your work:

2. That your customers can acknowledge that
3. That social media/technology drives more business

People don't order dinner, buy shoes, go to museums, or listen to CDs without checking out the online reviews and what others are saying about things. This work is about how to make sure you are using customer service and technology as fully as possible in order to get the most positive review (5 stars) possible.
