Let me begin by asking ‘What is a silhouette?’
A silhouette is a featureless solid image of a person, object or scene with its edges matching the outlines of the subject. However, the point to be noted is that it is featureless.
All our thoughts are like a silhouette. Their ‘features’ remain hidden deep in the mind embedded at a subconscious level.Outwardly, it appears that their features do not exist at all.
Now, what are these features I am talking about? The features are the feelings, emotions, impressions, beliefs or sentiments and they may be in the form of ahappiness which we do not deem free to express, a grief which we want to hide from the world, a sadness which we wish to conceal, a love which we have purposely blocked, a hatred which we lock or a feeling of sympathy which we mask.
But they keep accumulating in the mind blocking us from being ourselves. They are like some unwanted flab which further masks the other thoughts. And the more we mask, the mind enters into a cycle of hopelessness and futility more and more; till the thoughts break down, creating a disaster.

A circle is the reflection of eternity. It has no beginning and it has no end - and if you put several circles over each other, then you get a spiral.

Why wait for the disaster or catastrophe? Why not reflect upon these thoughts and these feelings? Why not let them free?

Laugh as you have never laughed before. Wail as if you are alone and your tears do not matter to anyone, but you. Shout, scream, squeal, squawk as if no one is listening. If you love someone, not only show it; but also learn to love without expectations. And most important – give. Give whatever you have with you and you will find that you are extremely rich. Give riches, give love, empathize, sympathize.
Reflections are the best way to enrich yourselves. They are opportunities and openings for making profound, deep and overwhelming positive changes in us and also making us better individuals.
Once we reflect on these silhouettes, the features are automatically added to it. And a silhouette with a feature makes one complete.
