Aprašymas

Picking up from where The Fallout from Shadows left off, Linda Craig-Green is torn between two possible futures: a peaceful life in England with a man she admires or a passionate life abroad with the man she loves. Desperately afraid of making the wrong decision, she takes a holiday to an Australian island resort in the hope that distance will bring her the clarity she needs. But far from being the idyll she expected, the resort-filled with guests that have their own demons and difficulties to confront-soon becomes the backdrop for tragedy, murder and more. On Fortuitous Island, Linda meets up again with Detective Inspector Gareth Wainwright, now retired, who joins forces with local Detective Inspector Douglas White to solve not one but two major crimes. And Linda finally finds the courage to make her decision.
