Science and philosophy across time and space unanimously point to such a capability which evolution has intended from the beginning and which can now be liberated in order to viabilize peaceful change towards a global civilization. This formula is practical and effective because it goes beyond the manifestations of culture to its very roots in consciousness. Thus the cultural is naturally integrated in a superordinate command and control level of human consciousness. The intercultural is thereby redeemed by the transcultural, which constitutes a third millennium universal cultura franca for all members of the human family irrespective of culture and background. An amazing gift of grace, bestowed on man, indeed!
