Aprašymas
Relational leadership is an emergent, shared process which happens between individuals, in contrast to the vertical, heroic model of leadership that has dominated leadership thinking to date. This book argues that high-profile scandals, insufficient leadership capacity within organizations, and unclear expectations are key concerns for leadership today -- and that relational leadership could offer the solution to these problems. The author explores three important forms of relational leadership: shared leadership; responsible leadership; and complexity leadership, and takes a practical look at how they can be developed within organizations.
This insightful text will be supplementary reading for students of corporate sustainability, leadership, leadership development, HRD and organizational development. It will also be valuable for practitioners working in these areas.
