Cosmo Klimsch's agnate Senior Enforcer Simon Klimsch in possession of a telepathic mind-invasion technique granted to him by the telepaths on Carnus IV. After several experiments on enforcer-agnate volunteers it became obvious he would be able to upload this technique and all recent downloads, including any new-found technology received from Cosmo, into any agnate enforcer's positronic brain thereby creating a race of super-enforcers.
It was decided that Simon, Cherokee, Toni, Jeff and Cosmo Klimsch would organise the development of a new race of enforcers using the male and female agnates on Kova III. They journey to Lux Aeterna in search of the young scientist Job Pinsky
