This is an eclectic collection of poetry. The first edition of this collection was the first-ever full-length original poetry collection published as an ebook back in 1999. Nominated for a Frankfurt Book Fair Award. The poems are separated into five sections: Observation; On Writers; On War; On Love; and The Lessons. Nothing about this collection has to do with flowers and butterflies. If it did, the flowers would be clutched by the widow of a fallen Marine and the butterflies would be in your stomach.
