Selling her old VW to finance her airline tickets, she depended solely upon automatic deposits of social security as she wandered throughout Eastern Europe, Turkey, Egypt, India, Thailand, Hawaii and the U.S, West Coast.
Along the way, she collected colorful and adventurous friends and proved that the world can be a very safe place for a wide-eyed, trusting soul. This is not another how-to book. It's the story of what happens when you do go.
