About the Author:
Lillian (MacIntosh) Ross was the fourteenth child of a family of fifteen born to Donald and Sarah (Sadie) MacIntosh. Lillian and the youngest of the MacIntosh Family were born in Meadowview in northern Alberta. She trained as a school teacher in the University of Alberta and married Reg Ross, who worked in the Alberta Oilfields. They had two boys, Lonnie and Erin. Along with teaching, raising a family, entertaining, singing in a band, and community service, she pursued her passion for writing. She has written six historical novels as creative non-fiction in historical novels genre.
