Two one, a former Army Ranger with a flair for violence and a head that won’t heal; the other a drug addicted class clown with the untapped power to rend the fabric of the universe. Together they travel to Montana to eulogize the father they barely remember. Together they search for their adoptive mother, a gun-toting mystic with a pet raven that may be an omen of her death. And following them is a shape-shifter from another dimension, a man/woman sent to kill them all.
The Crossover Test follows these four outcasts in a supernatural road trip across America, toward a violent and bizarre climax on the banks of the Missouri River and at the gate to another world, where a family will confront the core of evil, discover the secrets of their mysterious past, grow closer, and -- most importantly -- stay alive.
