The book, Catfishes Systematics, Biology And Farming is the first series of publications on the biology and culture of important groups of teleosts. Catfishes belong to one of the largest teleost orders, called Siluriformes, next in abundance to Cyprinids. They are widely distributed in tropical and temperate waters of Europe, Africa, Asia and North America.
