Despite its altruistic purpose, the genetically altered AH-11 bacteria proves to be a danger to all living things, and greed threatens to spread it throughout the United States and the world. It is up to Jesse Baker, a.k.a. Hound Dog, to stop the greedy individuals before the menace becomes irreversible.

Witness to a multi-fatality accident on the Interstate, Jesse begins a search for the person responsible for the crash, but ends up in the middle of a much larger plot, one that could destroy the entire ecosystem and possibly lead to Word War III. Using the tools that he learned in the Army Special Forces, along with some new ones that he learned in the vehicle recovery business, Jesse must outwit Sergeant Ralph Huggins, former Virginia State Trooper, and recover information regarding the deadly bacteria. If unsuccessful, it could mean an end to life as we know it.
