Volume 3 of this series "India-Tibet Relation" looks into the consequences of the Chinese presence on the Tibetan plateau. It culminates with the visit of the Dalai Lama and the Panchen Lama, accompanied by Zhou, to Delhi for the 2500th anniversary of the birth of the Buddha. We witness the slow erosion of the Tibetan control over the Land of Snow's administration and the rapid building of roads towards the Indian borders...including through the Aksai Chin of Ladakh.
